Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Wedding Planner. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Wedding Planner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wedding Planner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with other users' use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app, other accounts, or computer systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collect or harvest any information about other users without their consent
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wedding Planner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the app ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the app.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
• Your User Content does not contain any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material

7. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with third-party services, including Firebase and other platforms. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the app will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the app
• Any other matter relating to the app

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wedding Planner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the app. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Poland.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wedding Planner regarding your use of the app and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
